The EHT location is our first 7 Brew experience. Selena has been the best! Over all very pleased and can’t wait to see more pop up! Please don’t let the long lines discourage you! Mother’s Day, we got in line behind Aldis and we were through with drinks in 10 minutes!!!! Staff has never been rude. Always smiling. No matter how busy or slow they are. We tried the muffin tops. Not a fan. Personal preference. Loaded with preservatives, very soggy and not a lot flavor honestly. Been working our way through the menu and everything has been good. Of course some better than others. But overall pleased. Had a few of the sodas. Mainly a coffee person so that’s the lane I have been staying in. A lot of pre made menu items to choose from. You can always custom make your own too. If you have dietary restrictions, you are able to order well which is nice.
Some things that could improve, the music volume! If you have high anxiety, this level of music is very triggering for someone. Also, having to yell over the music, especially in lane one, to place your order is just not a good experience. I don’t care what is playing, you are trying to capture everyone coming through. But the level it’s playing at, way too loud! Since opening, we have hit this location several times a week and no one explained the sweetness levels till our last visit which was Selena. She took the time to go through everything. So thank you for that. Maybe if someone is a first time visitor, explaining that “regular” is one scoop of sugar. That it gets saved to your phone number, if you provide one etc. Last, please WIPE DOWN THE CUPS BEFORE HANDING THEM TO US! I understand you’re pumping these drinks out, but I don’t want to touch a sticky cup with drizzle and cold foam all down it.
I have been at this location a few times! I live in OC so this one is closer but I Honestly rather go to Rio Grande! The music choice in EHT is horrible and way too loud! The workers are not as friendly and upbeat like Rio Grande! I understand people are still learning but doesn’t make it ok to be rude! My last trip to this location was yesterday 5/16 and the girl that took our order was just dry and rude! But the young lady that served us our coffee was a gem! I usually give 3 chances and I’m done!

My husband has gone to the EHT location a few times already but today was my first time actually going through the line with him. When we pulled up, all three lanes were almost in the aldi parking lot. I immediately shot it down and said nope not waiting in that line! My husband assured me it goes super fast and despite my repeated "please no, Dunkin is across the street", he went through. Selena took our order and Sarah took our payment. I don't think we were there longer than 4 minutes from the time we pulled into line until the time we left! The atmosphere was very relaxed despite its lightning speed and efficiency, super friendly, Sarah even made small talk with us while we waited all 45 seconds for our drinks and it wasn't forced or awkward at all. All of this paired with the fact that this has to be the BEST tasting coffee I've ever had (not just coffee flavored sugar milk), and I fear I am ruined for coffee everywhere else!!
Coffee is fantastic I definitely recommend this place. Staff is fun and outgoing. However, I don't know what happened but a car ahead of me decided to change their order or pay cash or add something. What usually is an In-N-Out stop took me 25 minutes to sit behind one car for my one coffee. I think they need to take a note from the regular window service and move cars to parking spots if they have extended orders or change last minute. My car along with three or four cars behind me all had their coffees waiting to leave but had to wait because we were in the specific lane. Total frustration when you see both lanes next to you flowing very easily. Again I still recommend it they just need to get a little better operations when this happens.
This place is fairly new so there is an abundance of customers daily and theyre still working out the kinks. The drinks are fun to try and taste delicious. The music can be loud but thats their vibe and you can still talk and hear. Many people say they rely on menus. Since this place has 100s of items, with dozens of toppings and customizations. It would be tough to have a menu on display. Check out the menu on your phone and be prepared to order before pulling in. There are some featured drinks on display when you drive in to try. You can create an account to rack up points and get a free drink. This is a 3 lane drive thru and the workers take orders on their IPad. Depending on the amount of customers, the wait time varies 2-10 minutes. I've been there so many times to order various items on their menu. I like that you can customize the amount of sugar, ice, toppings, milk, mix flavors, ect. There are so many different workers daily and they've all been friendly so far. My only complaint is that not every order is accurate. I had 2 drinks that didnt taste like the flavors I ordered and tasted plain like they forgot to put it in. I didnt feel like turning around & waiting in line to complain and reorder. Should have tasted it 1st. They fill your cup with ice so you're probably getting 1/2 or 1/4 cup of liquid which can be a rip off. I suggest asking for less ice. Sometimes the drinks can be way too sweet so I usually ask for 1/2 or 1/4 sugar. If you're looking for a healthy smoothie go somewhere else where they use real fruit and natural ingredients. I like coming here for the lemonades, lattes, breve, fizz, and frozen coffees. I have yet to try the teas or hot beverages. I'll update again soon.
