Constantly wrong orders and poor attention to detail！ Extremely disappointed with this location. This is the second time they’ve messed up my order. Last time, they completely messed up my toppings, but I decided to give them another chance. Today, I ordered a Large New York Style Crust pizza. Once again, they missed the pepperoni topping, and even though I requested a normal cut (which should be 8 slices), it was poorly sliced into 6 pieces. The worst part? When I asked the staff where my pepperoni was, they actually pointed at the yellow pepperoncini pepper sitting in the corner of the box! It's ridiculous that the staff doesn't even know the difference between pepperoni and a pepperoncini pepper. Giving them a second chance was a total mistake. Zero attention to detail. I won't be coming back.

I’ve never had a problem before but today my pizza was delivered to Oxford Village Cond. by mistake. Someone there called and asked if I had ordered a pizza and what kind it was. When I asked if they were calling from Papa John’s, I didn’t get an answer. I was just told, “The lady will bring it to you.” The pizza arrived, but the driver didn’t explain what had happened. I only figured it out after I’d eaten some. I would’ve appreciated being told it had gone to the wrong place and having the choice to accept it or request a fresh one.

Hey there !! So I just want to share about how amazing the manager of the egg harbor township branch is ! He is currently training new staff and someone messed up my order unfortunately. But I understand things happen ! When I called the manager he was nothing but kind and extremely helpful ! He even went out of his to drop off a new pizza to my house even though he did not have to . Out of the kindness of his heart . Thanks to him my children have their lunch for tomorrow !! Thank you so much !! I know it’s just a pizza but it’s the small things in life that count and not a lot of people are so kind now a days !
