    Unfortunately, the service has really gone down hill. Maybe evenings are better however on two occasions, wait staff took a great deal of time to check in on us when we were looking to order additional items on the menu. Moreover, water was brought out for our party but only enough for 4 of the 5 people. Maybe they are short staff but I had to track the waiter down myself who I found talking inside with other staff. Our dessert came out after the time our bay was finished so we were escorted to eat outside. (Maybe this was a result of short kitchen staff too.) The kids were thirsty and went to the bar to request water themselves. Two staff members were sitting there (maybe it was the end of their shift so they were drinking) and apparently the bar tender glanced over to a food runner to get them cups of water. The bar tender had zero personality and barely acknowledged us. Perhaps this was due to legality reasons but a simple word to them acknowledging that would not hurt. I carried our dessert cup to the counter when we were done because I thought it rude to leave a sticky cup of ice cream sitting in the hot sun. I understand that this is a venue more for entertainment and not a 5 star restaurant but more periodic check ins by the staff would improve the overall experience and maybe even result in more sales for them.

    I had such a fantastic experience at Topgolf Edison! This was actually my first time at Topgolf, and I honestly had no idea how much I was going to enjoy it. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Everything was well organized, the atmosphere was fun and energetic, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was the level of service. The team made sure we were comfortable, checked in on us without being overbearing, and made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. The facility was also clean, well maintained, and had such a great vibe. I had so much fun that I’ve literally been on YouTube watching videos on how to improve my golf swing because I’m already planning my return! That’s how much I enjoyed myself. I went in as a complete beginner and left wanting to actually get better at golf. I would absolutely recommend Topgolf Edison for a night out, celebration, date, or just a fun time with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my first Topgolf experience such a memorable one. You officially have a new golfer in the making—I’ll definitely be back!

    We came here for a surprise birthday party. We arrived at 11:45 and informed the desk we were there for our reservation, which was made weeks in advance. They confirmed it was for a surprise party and said that while our area wasn’t ready for us to set up yet, they reassured us it would be ready for the surprise guest when they arrived. We were finally given our area with only FIVE minutes to spare, leaving us scrambling to get everything set up. Then the birthday guest arrived, and his wife walked up to the counter to pretend it was just a normal date night. She said, “Hi, I called and made a reservation for Patrick. We’re here to check in,” and the employee responded, “FOR PATRICK’S SURPRISE 30TH BIRTHDAY PARTY?” …SURPRISE RUINED! 🤦🏻‍♀️ After weeks of planning, coordinating, and keeping everything a secret, having an employee blatantly announce the surprise was beyond disappointing. That alone completely set the tone for the rest of our experience. We still enjoyed celebrating together, but the service was practically nonexistent. Both tables in our party were served food without silverware or drinks, we were never once checked on, and we constantly had to flag down employees whenever we needed anything. When I spoke with the manager before leaving to explain how disappointed we were, we were met with a very subpar apology and absolutely no effort to make things right. When a group is spending HUNDREDS of dollars at your establishment, you expect a certain level of service and attention to detail. Instead, we got a half-assed shit show that completely ruined what was supposed to be a special surprise. At the very least, I would have expected some kind of compensation or genuine attempt to make up for the experience. Extremely disappointing, especially after all the time and effort that went into planning this.

    Disappointed Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience at Topgolf today. I ordered the nachos, and they came out with barely any cheese or toppings, so a lot of the chips were just plain. For nachos, I feel like the toppings should be enough to actually enjoy the entire order. I brought it to the staff’s attention, hoping they could add a little more, but I was told there was nothing they could do. I understand that things happen, but I was more disappointed by the lack of effort to make it right. For the prices at Topgolf, I expected better quality and better customer service. It’s not even about getting something for free—it’s about paying for an item and receiving what you reasonably expect. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

    I visited Topgolf on Monday, July 27, 2026, and overall, I had an amazing time with my date. The environment was great, our server was okay, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn at the end of our visit. When I asked for a to-go box because we had a significant amount of food left over, our server informed us that they had completely run out of takeout containers and were waiting for a new shipment. As a result, we were forced to throw away a large portion of the food we had paid for, which was extremely frustrating. Since we couldn't take our leftovers home, we decided to stay a little longer and finish as much of the food as we could. However, before we were finished, our server asked if we minded moving because she wanted to clean and prepare our bay for new customers. This was especially disappointing because there were several other empty bays available that could have been used instead, allowing us the opportunity to finish the meal we had already paid for. While I understand that things happen and shipments can be delayed, I felt the situation could have been handled much differently. Not having takeout containers was already an inconvenience, and being asked to leave before we had a chance to finish our meal only added to the disappointment. Unfortunately, this left me with an uneasy feeling about the overall experience, and it's made me question whether I'll return in the future.
