- DDdaisieSep 29, 20261.0i really hate to leave bad reviews but this was seriously such a horrible experience. ordered a mobile pickup. at 6 pm they said it was ready. i come to the store to pick up @6:05 they said it’s not ready yet. no problem. i’ve been sitting here for 50 minutes and still haven’t received my food. people have been in and out the drive thru getting their orders. i’ve seen at minimum 15 people come into the store and get their food before mine. some people waiting with me for 20+ minutes. i don’t understand how this can be. hire more people to work if getting orders out in a timely manner isn’t manageable. i’ve worked in fast food before. no way should it take OVER AN HOUR to get your food when it’s not that busy. this is seriously ridiculous. we all have lives and i definitely don’t have an hour to spare waiting for TACO BELL. A FAST FOOD INDUSTRY.
- PRPavan reddySep 23, 20265.0Idk about other reviews, but people here are so sweet and trynna make people smile with there customer service. Food serving may be slow still feeling overwhelmed while coming out says a good place to be. Clean and neat environment with around 6 of digital kiosks.
- APAlex PatonSep 19, 20262.0Wildly, willlllldly slow service due to being understaffed. Whoever is managing this place has really messed up the rotation because it took us almost 30 mins to get our order. There were maybe 2 people working on a Saturday night with a drive-thru! Come on now.

We were literally the only people inside the restaurant waiting for an order, it was otherwise empty except for a table that was already eating. The only other orders were the driver through. I've never experienced anything like this. The workers liked like they were half asleep
