They supposed to say it before I order . Very unprofessional don’t recommend also burger was very salty .

This was my first time visiting, and before I even had a chance to order, I watched staff tell the customers in front of me that they needed to clean the grill before taking any orders. Meanwhile, I stood in line for over 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. There were several other customers behind me also waiting, and instead of assisting anyone, the staff were in the back laughing, joking, and completely ignoring the entire front of the store. It was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. This experience was beyond disappointing and honestly unacceptable. I will not be returning. Management seriously needs to address the lack of professionalism and customer service here.
