Came to get food, was disappointed by staff when they laughed in my face for just confirming all hot dogs are made of beef. Specifically the cashier and the male coworker on shift both made a look at each other. Extremely disappointed because some people have dietary restrictions. I am a young person as well, so I understand sometimes especially with food service some people do ask questions that are obvious and it can be funny at times, but unfortunately this was a situation of disrespect and disgraceful behavior. I hope management listens to this.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Menlo Park Mall location today (August 3, around 1:00 p.m.).
The blonde employee who took my order had a poor attitude and spoke so quietly that I could barely understand her. When she asked what I wanted to drink, I clearly said Coca-Cola. Instead of telling me they only carried Pepsi or asking if that was okay, she simply stayed silent and handed me a Pepsi as if it didn’t matter what I had ordered.
Good customer service is about communication and respect. If a restaurant doesn’t have the drink a customer requests, the employee should explain the options and let the customer decide—not make the decision for them.
Very disappointing service. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve better.

The staff here suck and should be fired. I stood around for like 15 minutes and none of the staff bothered to come out. I saw two girls inside sneaking peaks around their window waiting for me to leave essentially. When I continued to wait, one of them came out looking mad as hell, she didn’t say one word, I said my order, tapped my card, and she went back. When she went in the back, she said something to the other worker and they both looked at me and laughed like the bums that they are. If they don’t wanna sell food, they shouldn’t be getting paid. I was here Tues, July 21st around 6:30pm.

girls working there had the worst customer service ever. what a shame. just straight attitude meanwhile all they’re doing between customers is playing card games and chatting. the one with the ground out blonde hair and glasses was particularly just rude for no reason and very off putting. too bad the food wasn’t for me or else i would have just told her to forget it.
saw a martins hotdog bun bag on the counter. those contain dairy. their allergen menu says hotdog with bun is dairy free. i am assuming they ran out and picked up something from a nearby store? not thinking about how not following their allergen menu could get someone killed?
