  saw a martins hotdog bun bag on the counter. those contain dairy. their allergen menu says hotdog with bun is dairy free. i am assuming they ran out and picked up something from a nearby store? not thinking about how not following their allergen menu could get someone killed?

  Went with my daughter to get fries on Saturday at 6PM, they said they are out of fries. and they need 1 hour to make fries. we waited for 30 minutes, then the Guy at the counter said they will be closing and not going to take any order. It always happens there. But just for the taste of the fries we keep visiting . The staff need to be trained on customer service. But the fries are too good.

  this was the most disgusting experience ever. the girl making fries was literally staring at us and laughing with other staff like a high school bully instead of doing her job. super unprofessional and honestly felt lowkey racist the way they were mocking us for just eating. save your money and go somewhere where the staff actually has a brain and doesn't look like they hate their life."

  Please employ better staff. I came once before and it was great. Almost the best fries I’ve ever had. Tried it again today and the staff were incredibly rude and grumpy. They also pulled the fries out the fryer way too early so they were all limp. Totally ruined my experience.
