  Not fast food. Always 4 people + from the drive through waiting in ther cars for the orders… Might as well get higher quality food for 15 min wait and $30

  For something called a “Happy Meal,” there was nothing happy about this experience at this McDonald's. It honestly felt discriminatory from the start. We came around 6 PM on May 3rd and the service was unacceptable. One staff member slammed the straws down on the table with a rude and aggressive attitude. Then our Happy Meal was completely changed WITHOUT any notice. Apple slices were replaced with fries, chocolate milk was switched to water, and the Mario toy we asked for was not given. Instead, we got a random toy with zero explanation. There was no apology at any point, and staff were even laughing during the situation. We were the only Asian family there, and the way we were treated felt discriminatory and disrespectful. I have already contacted corporate multiple times (Case Numbers: 36264753 and 36275888), but have not received any meaningful response. This is basic customer service—if something is out of stock, you INFORM the customer and let them choose. You do not just change everything without saying a word. This was careless, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Management needs to take this seriously and address both the behavior and the treatment we experienced.

  I was in line for breakfast and there is visiblly a line and the person taking orders was not attending customers. made me wait for 10 minutes before finally taking my order
