    At the Dunkin' Donuts in Mall, I noticed flies hovering over the baking and display area. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they simply told me not to buy anything if I saw flies. Can the store implement better storage solutions, like enclosed display cases, to fix this hygiene issue?

    Ordered online for ASAP pickup. Employees gave my food away to some guy and then gave ME a hard time after they allowed my food to be stolen.

    The pure laziness and attitudes at this Dunkin need to be addressed. Never mixes the drinks so the syrup just sits at the bottom. Always forgets things in bags and when you ask, they act like you just asked for their kidney. I work in customer service myself and this is just NOT it.

    Best dunkin ever tbh. The ladies working got the orders right, made the coffee with TLC and passed them with a smile. Sorry for being dramatic, but so satisfying!
