- AAAnastasiia AndreevaJun 12, 20262.0I decided to stop by Dunkin and sit inside for a while because it was extremely hot outside. I ordered some food and a drink. The food was okay. Nothing amazing, but decent enough. The drink, however, was disappointing. It was supposed to be a matcha drink, but I could barely taste any matcha at all. It tasted like a plain sweet milk drink with almost no matcha flavor. My main complaint is not the food or the drink, though. The real issue is the environment inside the store. It was incredibly hot, stuffy, and humid. It honestly felt like being in a tropical greenhouse. The ventilation and air conditioning either were not working or were completely ineffective. What made it even more concerning was that the employees themselves looked uncomfortable. Several staff members appeared overheated and sweaty, and it was obvious they were struggling with the conditions as well. I stayed inside for only about five minutes before leaving because it was unbearable. In fact, when I stepped outside, it felt cooler than it did inside the restaurant. That should not happen. If the store offers indoor seating, customers should be able to sit comfortably. Instead, it felt like the environment was designed to make people leave as quickly as possible rather than stay and enjoy their visit. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I have no desire to return to this location.

The donut was not what i ordered and the person didn’t even informed me that the donut was not available or not 😖😖 God knows 😪. The coffee was customised by me but the taste was like i am drinking milk no taste of mocha and even no taste of coffee 😵💫.

Is not the first time this happened to me specifically in this DD. One time it’s ok but two, this mean is the worse place to go for a breakfast and people work are not good employees depending of their leader.
