- ZBZ BJun 9, 20261.0Absolutely disgusted by what i just saw here. An old couple came in and almost immediately began berating a young woman, demanding she give them her seat, despite multiple other tables available in this Dunkin. Literally telling her how awful she is for not giving up her seat while she’s sitting there working (and she was also a paying customer). They then, out of pure spite for not getting their way, sat at her table across from her, continuing to berate her while they enjoyed their coffee and she continued trying to mind her own business. It was clear why they chose to attack her specifically in my opinion, if you can catch what I’m saying here. After they scolded this young woman, who remained perfectly calm and stood her ground respectfully, the staff was as friendly as could be to this nasty old couple, literally coming out to hug them. They said and offered nothing to the young woman they’d just gotten done berating. As the old couple left, the wife stopped to literally stare down this young woman in one final attempt to intimidate her. Horrid behavior by 2 supposed “grown adults”, and a disgusting lack of action by staff who watched it happen then pretended they had no clue anything happened when I asked them whether the couple was affiliated with the store, or just customers.

My attempt to place an order was met with an unhelpful demeanor, rather than the courteous service one would anticipate. A specific instance involved my request for a small coffee, which was incorrectly fulfilled with a medium-sized beverage. When I politely sought to rectify this error and receive the correct item, the employee's response was dismissive and indicative of an uncooperative attitude. This kind of interaction is concerning, as it reflects poorly on the overall customer experience at your location. I believe that consistent, respectful customer service is paramount, and the behavior I witnessed did not align with this principle. I hope this feedback will be considered constructively to address the issues regarding staff conduct and customer interaction at this particular branch.
