  I am writing to respectfully bring to your attention a profoundly disappointing experience I recently had at one of your Dunkin' Donuts establishments. The standard of customer service I encountered during my visit was significantly below expectations, leaving me with a negative impression. The employees on duty exhibited what I perceived as a marked lack of professionalism and customer-focused engagement. My attempt to place an order was met with an unhelpful demeanor, rather than the courteous service one would anticipate. A specific instance involved my request for a small coffee, which was incorrectly fulfilled with a medium-sized beverage. When I politely sought to rectify this error and receive the correct item, the employee's response was dismissive and indicative of an uncooperative attitude. This kind of interaction is concerning, as it reflects poorly on the overall customer experience at your location. I believe that consistent, respectful customer service is paramount, and the behavior I witnessed did not align with this principle. I hope this feedback will be considered constructively to address the issues regarding staff conduct and customer interaction at this particular branch.
