  Not sure how there’s a line out the door and they have 1 guy making the food and ringing it up but have 2 women in the drive through lane but nobody in the drive through

  Very disappointed with this chipotle I ordered through the mobile lane and I asked for double rice and they gave me half rice, barely any corn. I asked for extra corn. I asked for light tomato salsa. They put extra of that, . very dissatisfied.

  If I could give this location a zero star review I would. The General Manager, Kiara Santiago, and staff member, Shahnwaz, made rude, inappropriate comments regarding my skin color and weight. They were chit chatting in Spanish thinking I could not understand them, but I did as I speak Spanish. I would also like to mention that I am 3 months pregnant. I have visited this location many times in the past, but after the completely uncalled for and disrespectful behavior of these 2 individuals I will NEVER return to this Chipotle. I know their behavior is not a reflection of Chipotle's values, but it seems like it is commonplace and acceptable for this Rt 1 Edison NJ location. Once they were "done with me", they continued to speak about the next set of customers that were approaching the line after me. I have reported my experience to the store's Field Leader, Yulissa Martinez De Reyes, and Chipotle's Feedback Support line. My hope is that my concerns are heard and that the right course of action is taken. No customer should be subjected to such shameful and embarrassing comments.

  Worst Experience Absolutely terrible experience at this Chipotle. I ordered double chicken and was given an embarrassingly small amount. When I politely asked the manager if I could get the rest of what I paid for, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and cheap about it instead of simply fixing the order. The whole interaction was completely unnecessary. I paid for double chicken, not a tiny portion that I have to beg for. The manager’s attitude made the experience even worse and showed a complete lack of customer service. I’ve been to Chipotle plenty of times, but after being treated like this, I will seriously think twice before coming back. If you’re going to charge customers for double portions, actually give them what they paid for—and your manager should learn how to treat customers with basic respect.
