  Horrible. Will not return to this location. Food was COLD. Asked for steak , there was so little not even a portion size. They insisted there was steak. Added 5 pieces of steak. The manger I believe who it was, she was very rude to the workers. Yelling at them. I think this location needs better training for ALLL STAFFF.

  I had a free Guac on the app, but ask to substitute it for Queso instead. Manager said that she couldn’t do it (both items are the same price remind you) then she went to tell me they were out of Queso. As I sat to eat my meal I witness other customers getting Queso. Customer service at its finest!

  Absolutely filthy the food has traces of mold when I went to go order they said they had mold in their cheese and asked if I still wanted the food or not.. are you serious chipotle? shut this location down IMEDIATELY this is unsafe for ANYONE to be eating cheese with mold looking stuff in it, if there is mold, what else is there?

  There’s no such thing as a bad team, only bad leaders. This was clearly the case here. Unfortunately Chipotles all seem to have one thing in common these days. No regard for cleanliness at all, no regard for hospitality and just all around unpleasant. The dining rooms are never a priority, the garbage is everywhere. It was a clear walk in and walk right out. I was not about to touch a thing in this establishment, beyond unacceptable. Why wouldn’t anyone at least try to make a clean welcoming environment for the guest to actually enjoy? Who’s happy sitting around a bunch of trash? Who wants to walk into a place with the first thing people see is terrible unclean doors? This is the impression of the leader that’s setting the example that this is ok? As a business owner and manager myself I would be embarrassed to run such an unclean establishment and be ok with it. The kind of leaders Chipotle is hiring to allow this is pretty mind blowing. Some advice would be to take pride in your role and WANT to make a great impression for the guest, to be welcoming and kind (which is hard to find these days) How about teach and coach your team, be a role model for excellence. Care about cleaning the doors, care about what people see when they walk in, guide your team towards higher expectations to be great! It’s our job. (and it’s really not that hard to simply want to make someone’s day) Clearly the standards for chipotle are just non existent and well below subpar. Looking at other reviews that have had the same comments, it’s concerning and clear to know, that no one bothers to step up and be better and fix the situation. Who will take these comments seriously and maybe try to be the solution to a better standard for the business? Get a grip, get better leaders, run the business and create a great culture for your team and guests alike. Thanks for the time, hope this can help fix the problem.
