I'm a really good observer who makes proper judgements and this specific Chick-fil-A spot is really good. The staff members treat their customers with an abundance of kindness. Also, the Cobb Salad without bacon and with grilled chicken nuggets in it instead of fried chicken that I ordered was fantastic. Don't believe the handful of negative reviews.

Maybe it was because it was a Saturday—the end of a long workweek—but several employees seemed to be dragging their feet rather than staying attentive and engaged. One employee, Jodyn, in particular, was not friendly and needs more training in basic customer service. I also ran into a small but telling issue: I couldn’t find any napkins. When I asked for some, I was told they would come with the food. When the order arrived, there were only two napkins for two people—which felt insufficient and poorly thought out. It may seem minor, but details like this reflect on management. Whether it’s a cost-cutting measure or just lack of attention, it sends the wrong message—especially for a brand that has built its reputation on service and care. Please let me know if it is Ownership, Management or just simply the employee making this poor, disgusting decisions... Chick-fil-A can do better, and honestly, I expected better..
