  We had such a wonderful evening at Fleming's Edgewater. From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel so welcome. Sergio took amazing care of our family. He was so kind, friendly, and attentive, and he somehow always seemed to know what we needed before we even had to ask. The manager also came by several times to check on us, and you could tell everyone genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. There were six of us, and every single steak was cooked exactly how we liked it. Everything was delicious, and the view made the evening even more special. The best part was seeing how excited our son was. We were celebrating his birthday, and the staff surprised him with dessert and sparklers. The smile on his face was priceless, and it's something our family will always remember. Thank you to Sergio, the management team, and everyone at Fleming's Edgewater for making our family feel so welcome. We can't wait to come back.

  The food was amazing, atmosphere very dull. I felt like I was in a diner. There was no ambience, and it seemed very cold as opposed to a warm inviting surrounding the service out of everything was the worst. My waitress kept disappearing, only asked me if I wanted to drink once without even asking my husband, if he wanted a refill on his drink, we had to hunt her down to find her to get refills. I don’t understand how a restaurant with good food has such horrible service. This is my second time here and I would never go back.

  We had an amazing dining experience at Fleming’s! We started with the seafood tower, which was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and the perfect appetizer to share. The ribeye was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks we’ve had. We finished with dessert, and it was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. Stephanie was an excellent server—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure everything came out perfectly and that we had everything we needed. A special thank you to the manager, Danielle, whose hospitality truly stood out. He checked in on us throughout the evening and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear he takes great pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience. From the food to the service, everything was top-notch. We can’t wait to come back!

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON FATHERS DAY REALLY BAD THEY GAVE ME A HIGH CHAIR WITH BROKEN STRAPS WHEN I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT BEFORE MY FOOD ARRIVED THEY ASSURED ME I WAS BEING HELPED BUT WENT AND HELPED SEAT ANOTHER FAMILY THEN BROUGHT OUT MY FOOD WITH MY 2 YEAR OLD NOT STRAPPED IN THE CHAIR SO WAS ALOT I DID NOT GET TO ENJOY THE SERVER BRINGING ME MY LOBSTER BY THE TIME I GOT UP AND ASKED FOR THE 3rd TIME I GOT TO SIT BACK DOWN TO COLD FOOD I DIDINT EVEN NEED A DESERT AT THAT POINT FOOD WAS CHILLED LIKE THERE SERVICE BIG DISAPPOINTMENT THEN WHEN I ASKED THE LADY WHAT HAPPENED SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED RITE PAST ME TOTAL DISREGARD …. THE COMEDY WAS THE SEREVER ACTUALLY DOUBLED BACK AND WAS SUPRISED I STILL OVER TIPPED HIM I MEAN I FEEL IF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS THAT HARD UP TO ROB ME OF MY EXPECTATIONS OF A EXPERIENCE THEN THEY PROLLY NEED IT MORE THE ME SMH

  We were invited to a birthday party today. The food was very good, but the service was lacking, which was not something I expected from a high-end restaurant. I had the filet mignon, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. My kids ordered from the children’s three-course menu. The waiter seemed very impatient with both my child and me. He never smiled and was not friendly. My 8-year-old son was trying to be more independent and wanted to order for himself; however, the waiter did not acknowledge him or speak directly to him. Instead, he kept asking me questions, even though I referred him back to my son each time. They never checked on our table, and there were no water refills. They also never delivered the desserts included in the children’s three-course meals. It took me a long time to find a waiter. When the ice cream finally arrived, one order was still missing. The waiter didn’t say anything, and I assumed he would be coming back with the remaining order, but he never did. Finding a waiter to complete the order was nearly impossible because I really don’t know where they were hiding, especially since we were the only party there at the time. I would not be going back. Although the food was good, I did not have a good dining experience.
