I visited on a busy Friday afternoon, and there was only one employee working, despite a long line of customers. I waited approximately 20 minutes just to get through the line, and after waiting that long, the coffee I received was not fresh, which made the experience even more disappointing. Management needs to do a better job of allocating employee hours based on peak customer traffic. Having only one employee scheduled during a busy Friday afternoon is unreasonable and puts unnecessary pressure on the employee while creating a poor experience for customers. Store hours and staffing should be managed more effectively so there is adequate coverage during busy periods, fresh products are consistently available, and customers receive the level of service they expect.

The donuts tasted like they’d been aging gracefully behind the glass case for who knows how long, and the coffee was so watery I wasn’t sure if it was coffee or just brown-tinted regret. Save your money, drive a few more yards to Tim Hortons, and treat yourself to donuts that were actually introduced to freshness and coffee that remembers it’s supposed to have flavor.
