  Had dinner on Friday ELVIS was our server. He was so outgoing and professional. His demeanor and personality is top notch, very easy to talk to and navigate through the menu. Definitely ask for him! KEVIN who is a server assistant needs to be a SERVER ASAP. He is so polite and pays attention to every detail without being intrusive. Very attentive and was where he needed to be at all times. He definitely contributed to the amazing night we had. I definitely see him as a server if not NOW in his future! The food was incredible fresh great flavors and great portion sizes. The drinks are nothing less than amazing for the prices as well. The old fashion was top notch and so was the exotic side of it. The only thing that needs help I would say is the host stand. They seem to be a bit confused and not sure of what to do next. Talk amongst themselves a lot instead of greeting someone standing directly in front of them. Overall great experience with an amazing view!

  I’ve been to Cov twice now, and both experiences were wonderful. I was especially happy to have Josh as my server on both visits. The first time, I didn’t catch his name right away, but I remembered how attentive, friendly, and welcoming he was. Josh really goes above and beyond to make the experience special. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and the service makes the whole experience feel worth it. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great time. I’ll definitely be coming back to Cov, and I hope I get Josh as my server again! Highly recommend!

  Excited to experience a new destination waterfront restaurant, I visited COV with high expectations. While the food was tasty and the drinks were consistent, there was notable opportunity for improvement. The server was excellent! There were slim vegan options, however. Nevertheless, the chef accommodated my dietary constraints but made it a point to emphasize the fact that doing so was an exception that should not be expected in the future. Beyond the culinary experience, the overall ambience left a little to be desired. While the waterfront and natural surroundings were pleasing, the amenities were dated. Recognizing the recent launch, however, I suspect that improvements will come soon. I may return in the future after some time passes. I'd grade this place a solid B-.

  Great experience - sat outside on a beautiful late Summer day enjoying the amazing NYC views. The star of the show besides those waterfront views has to be their amazing drinks. I ordered my first pornstar martini and it came complete with a half a passionfruit. Table next to us ordered these beautiful frozen drinks that were picture perfect. Several tables ordered smoked old fashions that they serve tableside from a crystal decanter - nice touch. For food we ordered a half dozen oysters which were big and flavorful served with a watermelon granita. I had the lobster roll which was good, husband had the steak sandwich which he loved. Staff is top notch and we even met the owner Michael who shook our hand and personally walked us to the hostess stand. It was our first visit but will definitely not be our last.

  My boyfriend and I have been to Cov twice so far, and both experiences have been amazing! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting. It really sets the tone for a great night out. The food has been exceptional each time. Everything is fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. We’ve genuinely enjoyed every dish we’ve tried, and the quality has been consistent on both visits. The customer service is also a huge reason we’ve enjoyed coming back. Our waitresses Natalie and Angela were both wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. Natalie especially has the best personality. She’s so warm, sweet, and genuinely pleasant, which made the experience feel even more special. The bartenders were just as impressive. Senna was great, and James was absolutely amazing. He made me the BEST white peach Aperol spritz, and I’m not even exaggerating when I say it has been living rent free in my mind ever since. So good! What really makes Cov stand out is the combination of great food, excellent service, and such a beautiful atmosphere. It’s definitely becoming one of our go-to spots, and after only two visits, we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend Cov for a date night or just a really good dining experience. Five stars all around!
