The WORST Chipotle (actually, the ONLY horrible Chipotle I’ve come across). Everyone working at 9:30pm on 7/1/26 should be FIRED, particularly the incredibly rude and incompetent Nicole. Unfortunately not my first horrible experience with these folks but tonight I had enough. Every time I’ve visited at this hour, they pull the same stunt - charge my card without saying or displaying the total and don’t provide a receipt. When asked for a receipt they play dumb…and when you insist and they provide it, you realize you’ve been overcharged. It’s typically an extra guac (a side of guac) which is a pretty sad scheme not to mention odd scheme. Cannot imagine how many times they get away with this - as people don’t insist on a receipt of just don’t review. Additionally, the portions as of recent are minuscule. I mean, for a bowl, they use half a teaspoon of protein - and at checkout the entire bowl is about 40% filled. Fast food shouldn’t be this complicated, unpredictable and scammy. People who clearly despise hospitality and the service industry shouldn’t have jobs where they interact with customers let alone serve food. ** AVOID **

This place is by far the worst Chipotle store ive been to. Is this the new Chipotle? Meats are cut way too small pieces! II ordered steak what i got are but morsels of meat! I went to the counter to complain but the manager reacted nonchalantly and said if you want more you could have went back in line and asked for more!! I just walked away. Chipotle why are you not training your managers for bettwr customer service?
I recently started coming to this Chipotle and have visited several times over the past few days. In today’s order, I politely asked if it would be possible to get a fresh bag of chips because the ones I purchased last night were stale. Instead of simply helping or explaining, I was met with a dismissive attitude. While I was trying to discuss the issue, two employees started speaking to each other in Spanish and laughing. I told them I didn’t understand what was being said and felt uncomfortable being left out of a conversation that was directly about my request. The response I received was unprofessional and passive-aggressive. My issue is not that employees speak Spanish. My issue is the way I was treated as a customer. A simple explanation or replacement would have solved the problem immediately. I live only two blocks away, but after this experience I’ll likely choose another location. The food is fine, but customer service like this will eventually drive customers away. If management sees this review, I hope they address the customer service issues at this location before they lose more customers.

Been coming to this Chipotle for 10 years, but yesterday (6/14/26) was my last time. As a loyal customer of 10 years, I was shocked to find that the two chicken burrito bowls I purchased to go contained raw, undercooked meat, forcing me to discard the entire meal. Furthermore, the customer service agent I spoke with regarding this issue was highly unprofessional. She lacked patience, became visibly annoyed when asked to repeat herself, and spoke to me rudely. While a coupon for two entrees was provided, this severe food safety issue and subsequent poor service have ensured I will not be returning.
I had a deeply upsetting and discriminatory experience here today (June 7th, around 3:10 PM) with two female employees.The server gave me an incredibly tiny portion. When I pointed it out, she barely did anything. At the register, I asked the cashier why the portion was so small compared to usual. She completely ignored my question and just snapped, "Are you paying with card or cash?" When I asked why she wasn't answering, both female employees started whispering in their own language and laughing in my face. It was incredibly rude and mocking. To make matters worse, they forgot my chips, so I had to walk all the way back from the parking garage. When I went back inside, I saw them serving a customer who spoke their native language—and they gave them DOUBLE the portion size I received.It is clear they discriminate against customers based on their background. I felt targeted by racial discrimination and completely disrespected.
