  this place is the worst dunkin. all based on the workers. terrible service. still waiting on a refund from a week and a half ago. this dunkin is horribly ran.

  I’ve had enough with this Dunkin’ location. The drive-thru employee repeatedly refuses to simply hold the scanner out the window so I can use Apple Pay the way it’s intended. Instead, she insists on grabbing customers’ phones, which is uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. She’s also very rude and wants to go back-and-forth with you about it. Completely disrespectful. Apple Pay is supposed to be quick, contactless, and convenient for both the customer and the business. Every other employee here manages to do it without any issue, so there’s no excuse. This has now happened THREE separate times with the same person. I’ve even tried calling to report it, and the phone line is disconnected, unbelievable. At this point, I won’t be returning to this location again. Horrible experience. I did not get the employee’s name but this specific incident happened 4/21/26 at 7:05am. Please retrain your employee.

  very rude and can’t hear !! i ordered two different drinks and when they gave me the same one the lady at the window walked away when i was explaining 👎🏽 then refused to take the drink that was wrong.

  I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for quite a while now, and I always have a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Even during busy times, the drive-thru is very fast and efficient, which I really appreciate when I’m in a hurry. Everyone always seems to have a positive attitude, and it makes a difference in starting my day off right. Overall, this location never disappoints, and I highly recommend it!

  Good evening Family. I visited for the first time today, this location. I wanted something hot to drink, like coffee or tea. I should have asked for tea, but I got coffee instead. I ordered black, medium and decaf coffee. My order was $2.87 and it was ready quickly. I paid by cash and I asked for my receipt. I forgot to ask for my senior discount. My order would have been cheaper. The lady who rung me up was named Patel. I had a good experience here today. I used the rest room and it was clean, but no toilet paper. I had essentials in my purse so I improvised. I left my coffee on the counter when I was in the rest room and it was there when I returned. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.
