  If I can write no stars I would, I went to the store 10:19 and the store says it stay open to 12 midnight, That’s totally wrong how you treat the customers, That could be there last money for the night on food and you just cost them there whole 30 —40 buck thinking there coming to get food to absolutely no one there except there one employee that has all the food in there hand that gets to take home all the food at night. GREAT JOB GUYS.

  Placed an order online and went to go pick it up the store was closed. Wasted over $30 for no food. Store says it’s open 10:30am till midnight. Not true. Absolutely such a joke and horrible.

  All of these people ordered online (because the register wasn’t working) before 10pm. At 10 exactly we walk in and the employees tell us their closed. We never got notified that we wouldn’t get the food or anything about a refund. The 7 others that ordered walked in after this situation and no one got their food or money back. The whole situation was completely unprofessional and a waste of our time. No explanation and no refund. Definitely not coming back here

  Really disappointed with my order. I didn’t get my fries at all, and my wings barely had any sauce on them. My friend’s chicken sandwich also came with almost no sauce, making it dry and disappointing. For the price we paid, we expected our food to at least be made correctly. Definitely not the quality or service we were expecting. I hope they pay more attention to orders in the future.

  I was very disappointed with the service. The fountain drink machine wasn’t dispensing the flavored drinks, so I let the employee (a short lady, I believe her name was Martha.) know. Instead of offering a solution, she simply said there was nothing they could do. I had already paid for the fountain drink cups, so I asked if we could have a bottled drink from the refrigerator instead. She refused, saying the bottled drinks cost more and the fountain cups were “free.” That didn’t make sense since I had paid for the drink cups as part of my order, yet I couldn’t use them because the machine wasn’t working. When equipment isn’t functioning, customers should be offered a reasonable alternative instead of paying for something they can’t receive. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve the issue made for a very frustrating experience. (And now looking at the food they gave us the wrong flavor of what we asked)
