  Firstly, the service was bad. Maybe the other tables were being attended better I felt. No one asked us what we wanted to order for like 5 - 6 min. $62 was our bill for biryani, chilli chicken and a pina colada After we were done asked for the cheque the person asked us do you want a box. The portion was so small that a kid can eat it. He was smirking. I worked hard for the money I paid to sit and eat there. But felt out of place. I visited the restaurant today. And I stand by my exp. Taste is average. Service is nothing to talk about. In the bill we were just two friends and we had a bill that said large party and they charged for it as well I paid the bill and asked why were we considered large party expect for the person at the front none had the courtesy to come and explain. In a distant with an attitude It felt like “five gin back the extra we charged” People need to learn about how to treat others. Overall it was a bad experience and I’ll not be coming back and neither will I suggest anyone this place.

  Worst experience. Fake reviews, terrible food, and hidden fees!Please be careful and do not trust the Google reviews for this place—they are fake. The food tasted awful and is extremely overpriced. To make matters worse, they added extra charges to our final bill. Avoid this place at all costs!

  We cannot say enough amazing things about Mauka Catering and Nadir Uncle. From the very beginning, Nadir Uncle was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our wedding exactly what we envisioned. The food was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our wedding. We had over 300 guests, and the compliments have not stopped. So many people came up to us throughout the night and afterward to tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The quality, flavor, presentation, and freshness of every dish were exceptional. One compliment that really stood out came from our venue, Crystal Plaza. A staff member told us, “Usually we have caterers. Today, we had a chef in the kitchen.” We couldn’t agree more. Nadir Uncle and his team delivered a true restaurant-quality experience. What impressed us just as much as the food was the incredible level of service. Throughout the day, members of the Crystal Plaza team repeatedly came up to us to tell us how amazing Mauka’s staff was. They mentioned that the team was constantly refilling stations and taking care of every detail without ever needing to be asked. It was clear that everyone was proactive, attentive, and took immense pride in their work. Nadir Uncle himself was walking around throughout the event personally serving guests, checking in on everyone, and making sure they were comfortable and enjoying the food. That level of care and hospitality is so rare to find, and it did not go unnoticed by us, our guests, or even the venue staff. From the Gujarati lunch to the live tandoor station, Indo-Chinese station, and the incredible reception buffet, every dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our guests are still talking about the food days later. Catering a wedding with over 300 guests is no small feat, yet Nadir Uncle and his entire team made it look effortless. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what they do truly set them apart. If you’re looking for a caterer who truly cares about your event and will leave your guests talking long after the celebration is over, we wholeheartedly recommend Mauka Catering. Nadir Uncle and his team didn’t just provide incredible food—they created an unforgettable experience. We are beyond grateful for everything they did to make our wedding so special.

  I saw lot of positive reviews that’s why I visited this restaurant. We ordered Manchurian sizzler with noodles was below average. Kadahi paneer and malai kofta too were below average. We ordered garlic naan and chilli garlic nan they both were very ordinary taste.

  Nice place but the server was rude. He was rushing us to order dinner so they could accommodate a large party of 20. Kept coming every 5 mins to enquire and even when appetizers are not finished they would just pick the plates without even asking if we are done. I get the part of accommodating 20 people but then you should have given us a different table.
