  This is the restaurant in Eatontown in what's left of the Monmouth Mall I will say that the food was good the service was fast but the place is filthy the tables are disgustingly dirty no one cleans anything there. If I go to a Chipotle restaurant again it won't be there

  Brown rice was a little crunchy at this location. Been to several others and this was the first time this has happened.

  Ive been coming to this chipotle for a while now. And every time i gamble on what type of food im going to get every time i go. I have had PLENTY of terrible experiences here and have not said anything but today just blew my mind. I walked in and get what i usually get every single time. I was met w the tiniest bit of chicken and when i asked for more the employee said double chicken is extra. Chicken is not worth fighting over so i took the less than regular portion and then a manager STILL tried to charge me for double chicken. This is now the 3rd time this has happened and if i dont catch it yall would have zero problem taking extra money from me. Not to mention on of your employees admitted to stealing my brand new airpods. And when i confronted management she looked at me like i had three heads but completely knew who i was when i walked in. I guess with all the videos circulating online about how down hill chipotle has gone with straight robbery, that this is a universal experience one can expect when walking into any location. Yall really jus hire anyone and it shows. Management is terrible, your employees attitude sucks and its inconsistent EVERY time. will be doing my best from now on to make sure no one steps foot in there again. it is giving yall too much credit that i have to give even one star

  Listen, I’ve worked in the service industry my entire working career, so I can give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to messing my online order up on occasion. But 3 times in a row fam… come on. I literally get the same thing every time and I’ve been gaslit by employees saying “no that’s your order we just messed up the names accidentally” when it’s a chicken burrito and I ordered a steak bowl -.- 2 stars cuz my order has been right before too so.. idk
