I ordered a pizza from this location and had a terrible experience. When the driver arrived, she repeatedly pressured us to give her a tip. Tipping is optional, and customers should never be made to feel forced or uncomfortable about it. We still gave her a tip, took the order, and contacted customer support to report what happened. Shortly afterward, someone from the store called us about the complaint. Instead of handling the situation professionally, this person became aggressive and disrespectful toward my wife. The call ended with him calling us “f***ing idiots.” This is completely unacceptable behavior from any employee, especially someone who appeared to be a manager or supervisor. Being pressured for a tip was already inappropriate, but being insulted after making a legitimate complaint made the situation much worse. I hope Papa John’s corporate management investigates this location and addresses the way customers are being treated.

Would not recommend this place. I ordered medium pizzas and they barely put any toppings on it. They cheaped out on the topping and poor customer service.

Papa Johns served fresh, hot pizza with delicious toppings and a perfectly baked crust. Fast service, great quality, and a satisfying meal every time!

Before the cheese of the pizza was great, but now it’s garbage. It’s so disgusting that it looks and tastes like dough. Never come here. I recommend other fast foods, not here.
