  Came here at 245 on a Thursday, April 23, incase the manager actually cares about having quality employees. The two guys working at the drive-thru window where extremely rude there was an Arabic guy as well as a feminine sounding guy and they were yelling at me through the window about not having a flavor. The feminine sounding guy had a temper tantrum. Both were very rude and should not be working in customer service. Hopefully they can eventually find other jobs because they won't last in this kind of atmosphere.

  i ordered at around 6:20 AM on Saturday, April 18. My large Coolata is watered down and there is barely any taste in it. my bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel is cold. i took one bite and almost spit it out. my loaded bacon hashbrowns are cold too. I came home from a long day a work and this happening isn’t fair.

  Nice, decent, cosy and quiet place to stop by for a fresh brewed coffee (mostly). Lots of parking and open space. Sir inside or enjoy your coffee outside, strolling or enjoying cars speeding by on Rt 130

  Very unprofessional experience. I visited around noon and the employee was rude, intrusive, and acted judgmental. I was actually questioned about why I wanted coffee at that time, which is completely inappropriate. Customers should not be interrogated or made uncomfortable for ordering a basic item. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the store. Management seriously needs to address staff attitude and customer service.
