Always gets my order wrong, ALWAYS RUSHING ME IN THE DRIVE THRU EVEN THOUGH IM NOT TAKING MY TIME ANYWAY and they’re double charging me for something i never asked for. I was going to drive back as i live locally (on july 4th 2026 today) but what’s the point, im simply never going back.
- MPmaria pinosJun 20, 20261.0I ordered 2 iced cloud dunklattes, I only got one and when I told the lady I had ordered 2 she tried to give me a regular iced coffee, I said that’s not what I ordered and she took the iced coffee back threw some of the coffee out and just added the marshmallow cloud, gave it to me with an attitude so now I have a bitter cup of iced coffee with marshmallow cream. It’s baffling to me for her to think they can fool people like that. And to give me an attitude for asking her to get what I had already paid for it’s more ridiculous.
- AAAlrinctJun 6, 20261.0Whenever I go to this Dunkin now, there is always some issue with my order or service, either with drinks that aren't exactly what I ordered, curt or rude customer service, or both. The lattes made here are often consistently worse than other Dunkin's and I'm honestly very confused how. Dunkin has standard policies (like default of 2 pumps flavoring for a Small, 3 pumps for a Medium, etc.) so I'm really not sure why this location is so consistently off. Almost every single latte I've gotten from here either has certain flavors skipped altogether, or the right amount or pumps is not added, even after explicitly asking for it. Most of the employees here (specifically the younger ones) are often rude to customers or have attitudes, and this is really not an understatement. I don't have this issue with literally any other Dunkin establishment. I try to avoid this location but I never fully stopped going because the location is convenient and they are open a bit later than some other Dunkin's but I don't think I'll be returning after today.
