  Most chipotles are horribly ran. This one deserves credit. Clearly leadership here knows what they’re doing. Same recipe at each location yet this one tastes better!

  I’ve visited this Chipotle location multiple times, and while the food quality, cleanliness, atmosphere, and seating have always been good, the service continues to be disappointing. The biggest issue is the consistently shrinking portion sizes. With almost every ingredient, the staff barely picks up anything with the spoon or tongs, leaving you to repeatedly ask for a little more. This has become a recurring experience rather than a one-time occurrence. I understand paying extra for double meat if I want a larger serving, but why should customers have to ask for a reasonable amount of rice, beans, fajita veggies, salsa, or other standard ingredients? The portions are noticeably smaller than what I’ve experienced at other Chipotle locations. Overall, the restaurant is clean, the food tastes good, and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the inconsistent and skimpy portions make it feel like you’re not getting good value for your money. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures customers receive fair, consistent servings.

  Go to the one in Hamilton and you'll see the difference in serving size. Charging $12-$13 for half a bowl is outrageous. The one in Hamilton fills it and you get a tortilla with your online order. Filled me up for two days

  Fast food where they’re too fast to get your order right. The staff here moves at full sprint through the line, which sounds great until you realize your bowl has the wrong protein, ingredients you specifically said to skip, and enough food for a toddler. Every time I come here it’s the same story — blink and they’ve already moved on. Ask them to fix it and you get a look like you’ve personally inconvenienced them. The portions are laughably inconsistent; some days it’s almost a full bowl, most days it looks like they ran out of food halfway through making it. I’d rather wait longer and get what I actually ordered. Not coming back to this location

  I'm only deciding to write this review after many visits because they're messy and disorganization has finally resulted in me becoming severely sick. I believe I was exposed to salmonella at this location. They were particularly messy and disorganized Saturday the 27th. No one would take our order and then finally someone came to make our food we waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to the register and ring us up. I've had the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life here. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN
