  I had a great experience at this Chipotle, especially because of the manager. The manager was professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in making sure the restaurant runs smoothly. Their leadership and dedication really stood out to me. I appreciate the effort they put into creating a good customer experience. Great job to the manager!

  Never ordering here again. I’d rather go to the one in Princeton. Why are you charging for a side of pico? They put a little bit of meat on your bowl then when you ask for more they charge you. This location sucks! Never again!

  I I really wish this wasn’t the only Chipotle in the area. This is my third time coming to this location, and every single visit has been the same experience. The portions are terrible, the service is extremely slow, and some of the employees are rude. You can end up standing in line forever waiting for someone to come help, while employees are doing prep work or packing Uber Eats orders and barely acknowledging the customers standing right in front of them. There seems to be absolutely no sense of urgency, which is especially frustrating for people trying to grab a quick meal during a break from work. I’ve come at three completely different times, and somehow they are always out of something or nothing seems fully prepped. The wait is consistently long, even when the line itself isn’t that big. What really bothered me this last time was that after waiting so long, they barely had any sour cream left and didn’t even put a reasonable amount on my bowl. When I asked for a side of sour cream instead, they charged me for it. After making customers wait that long because the restaurant isn’t properly prepared, you would think they could at least show a little consideration instead of charging extra for something they barely gave you in the first place. Long waits, poor portions, inconsistent preparation, and disappointing customer service. This location seriously needs better management and organization.

  i’ve been to a few chipotles the food is always good and workers. this one the manager is rude, and not very pleasant with customers or workers. the second time i went barely got any chicken on the bowl that i ordered, and i never complain about it in other locations since i always get a decent amount.

  Least portion of any Chipotle branches that we have ever been. We got bowl and burritos and they were almost 25% empty with portion of burritos with just bread.
