I visited it on saturday and it was quite busy but the complex has ample amount of car parking and its nearby the metlife stadium. Upon walking in you wonder whether they are open or not. It smells like a rotten meat market. I’ve observed this smell the last 3 times I’ve been there. I don’t expect this location to stay open given the current circumstances. The lights are off and no one is in the front. There’s a ketchup bottle with a hand written sign. The dining area did not appear well maintained, there was a mop bucket sitting out in the middle of the restaurant, and the restroom was particularly concerning. The trash was overflowing, used paper towels were on the floor, and overall it looked like it had not been properly cleaned. This was especially surprising considering there is a sign in the restroom stating that “high standards of cleanliness & hygiene are part of our service.” When the customer-facing areas of a restaurant look like this, it naturally makes you wonder about the cleanliness and food-handling practices in the areas customers cannot see. Even though the chicken tasted decent, I was honestly hesitant to eat it because of what I had observed around the restaurant. For a restaurant serving food to the public, cleanliness should be a basic priority. I hope management takes this seriously because the food has potential, but the overall condition of the restaurant really hurt the experience.
