  I visited the restaurant today, 05/18/2026, at approximately 2:06 PM (Order #327). While waiting in line behind two other customers, I noticed the server being very generous with their portions, so I did not expect any issues with my order. However, when it was my turn, I was served extremely small portions. I had to repeatedly ask for more rice, beans, chicken, and barbacoa — in some cases asking twice for each item. I even mentioned that I was very hungry and made it clear that I did not mind paying extra if necessary. My concern was not the price, but receiving a reasonable portion size. The portions I was initially served were barely larger than what could fit on a fork. At one point, I noticed another employee speaking to the server, although I could not hear what was said, and I saw him shaking his head as if refusing. The entire interaction made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, as though I was begging for food despite being a paying customer. What upset me most was feeling ignored while calmly and respectfully asking for a fair serving. By the time I reached the toppings section, I was so frustrated that I considered throwing the food away. I am not the type of person who causes scenes or draws attention in public, but I left feeling deeply offended and disrespected. I ultimately paid for the meal, but I could not bring myself to take home something that honestly felt like a slap in the face. I have never been treated this way in a restaurant before, and I felt it was important to share this experience.

  Me gusta la comida de este chipotle y suelo ir alla pero hoy cuando entre la chica empezo a limpiar la bandeja de arroz para poner en mi bowl siempre el mismo menosprecio al mismo color

  Placed a in person order for 2 bowls. After getting home the bag ripped open along with the bowl's. One of the lids was half open and pretty much everything from the bowl fell on the floor. I don't know who closed my bowl but not its useless now. Pretty much wasted money for 2 bowls and couldnt even eat the other cause yhe entire bowl fell on the floor. Really disappointed in this location. Have been there many times and nothing like this has ever happened!

  One of the most poorly managed restaurants I’ve experienced. The leadership appears underqualified, and overall staff professionalism and work ethic are concerning. Cleanliness and food safety standards do not seem to be consistently maintained, kitchen at inacceptable standard and food was not properly prepared. Additionally, the level of customer service was disappointing. There is significant room for improvement in management, sanitation, and customer care.
