  Food is stale. Specifically muffins and hash browns. I often have to request that food be fresh ahead of time in hopes that I don't get hard muffins. If I order anything else they can't get the order correct. I stopped going here for a while but when I returned I was quickly reminded why this location is my last choice for a quick bite. Today specifically, I order an egg and cheese on a croissant with white cheddar in the drive-thru. When I get to the window he asked me what my mobile order was. I said, I didn't have a mobile order it's the croissant with white cheddar ( assuming I didn't have to repeat the whole thing but that's my fault for assuming.) He repeats croissant with white cheddar twice and after the second time I go to clarify, "No, the egg and cheese... He cuts me off and says the price so again my fault for assuming that he didn't need me to repeat the whole thing and he knew what I ordered was an egg and cheese on a croissant with white cheddar. Maybe I'm wrong for assuming that it's the drive-thru and it should have been the next order of anyway. Well, no surprise, I get just the croissant with white cheddar. 🤦🏽‍♀️ So when I gave it back to him he had a straight up attitude. The last time I visited just one week ago, I asked for an egg and cheese on a croissant with white cheddar in the drive-thru. I get the egg and cheese on a croissant but of course it had American cheese on it. So now I'm inconvenienced because I had to go inside to have it corrected. But maybe it's my fault because I didn't check before I pulled off? The visit before that, the muffin was hard and barely warm. Those are my last three most recent visits after not being here for a while. Lesson learned. I will not be returning. My suggestion, don't assume ANYTHING. Don't cut people off when they are talking especially if you work in the customer service industry. Have more patience to listen to people when they're talking. When multiple mistakes are made, and food quality is poor, customers are lost. I know it's a fast food place but there is better quality fast food in the area. Don't waste your money.

  I just ordered a banana cofffee. I received yhr most horrible tasting coffee with absolutely NO flavoring! Just strong BITTERNESS! Almost $7 and I can’t even drink it !!!! So Disappointed!!!!

  The owner here is very nice. I was short on change, and they let me go, saying, "You owe us." I love businesses that aren't money-hungry. God will bless this place. The next day, I returned with the remainder of my balance.

  The guys always rude here. Their coffee is always nasty here. They take abt 2-3 minutes to come on the speaker in the drive thru when the lot is empty. They are the worst Dunkin in the area!!

  It says here on google open 24 hours as well as Confirmed by business 9 weeks ago . And I went at 8:10 pm and it was close .
