  The robot in the drive thru is very upsetting. I don’t want to talk to robots! Please remove it, your staff have to fix its mistakes anyway so you are saving no one any time

  I am an advid taco bell visit-er. This might've been the worse experience ive ever had. I ordered 3 tacos supreme and cheesy potatoes. The taco "supreme" or even "taco" was not only mushy, cold and falling apart, there was like no beef in them, it was straight lettuce and sour cream and maybe 4 diced tomatoes??? The part that really made it the worse for me is as a type one diabetic i need to take insulin based off how many carbs im eating, i understand fast food might not be the exact same all the time, which being off by a few carbs isnt the end of the world but this was straight up a poorly made order which will result in messing up my blood sugars. I hope you speak to your employees about the seriousness of working in the food industry and i hope your $15 profit from me is worth messing up my health. Go to literally other taco bell. The taco shell was stale to. :)

  Our worker was extremely hostile. When attempting to order with the horrible ai system they have, she then maliciously ridiculed us and yelled at paying customers. She basically threw our food at us. Very disappointed with this establishment. Will not be returning and giving money to this company. What a dissapointment.
