  There’s five different Dunkin’ Donuts within a 5 mile radius of my house. This one by far the best they never screw up the order. They’re super friendly. unlike the one in Florham Park that seems like they’re doing you a favor And you’re bothering them when you order. This East Hanover location over Route 10 East is efficient and super friendly. Very well run in every way.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I waited at the drive-thru order station for about 3–4 minutes, repeatedly saying hello, but received no response. Since no one attended, I went to the main counter to place my order and pick up donuts. At that point, the staff member started speaking rudely that there were only two people working and they had to manage both the front counter and the drive-thru. While I understand that staffing can be limited, there should at least have been some acknowledgment or guidance to wait. Instead, the staff member spoke very rudely and insisted that regardless of the wait time—even 5 or 10 minutes—I should have continued waiting at the drive-thru order station. I tried to explain that I had already been waiting, but he was not willing to listen and continued speaking in an unprofessional manner, even warning me about what I should do “next time.” I found the interaction unnecessary and disrespectful, so I chose not to engage further and left without placing an order. Overall, a very poor experience. I will not be returning.

  Service is horrible. Both the man at the drive thru and manager are very rude. Manager even split coffee on me and my car and didn’t apologize.
