  Very disappointing experience at the Taco Bell drive-through today. The staff member working around 3 PM on May 7 was extremely rude and arrogant. Her behavior toward customers was unprofessional and unfriendly. Customer service should be respectful, but this experience was quite upsetting. I hope management addresses this issue and improves customer interaction.

  People rather make money than make your order right. Can listen to the customer ever just open your ears and do your job not hard

  Messed up the entire box. Swapped items from one box to another and also had incomplete items like the cheesy fiesta missing sour cream. The manager asked us to come there and get it checked out but is it possible to do that when you live 25 minutes away on a Friday night?

As someone who frequently chooses vegetarian options, I was genuinely impressed by the quality and flavor of their plant-based menu items. Everything tasted fresh and was prepared perfectly. Beyond the food, the level of customer service really stood out. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was handled with care. It’s also clear that management prioritizes the upkeep of the location; the restaurant was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining atmosphere. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
