  I don't know if it was just a busy weekend but I was there on a Sunday afternoon. The women's restrooms were just awful. I have stopped at different rest areas along the 95 corridor and this one was really unfortunate.

  Poor layout very limited space in entrance way. All "restauants" lined up in front of doorway. Major congestion just to get in. If no one thefe it would look great. Looked lijd a NYC subway car during rush hour, when tbe train before was taken out of servive

  Joyce Kilmer service area has great food and the restrooms are very clean, except for the service. I had gone to ask one of the shake shack worker for ketchup but she was helping a customer so I patiently waited until the custom allowed me to ask the worker for ketchup, I kindly asked the worker and she gave me a very nasty look and it seemed like she was hesitating to give me ketchup. I would never want to experience this again with a worker who is supposed to be helping, not giving nasty looks. Also the tables were not so greatly cleaned and had to clean it myself. Please look after your workers!! Great food but not so great workers…

  I stopped by this location hoping for the quality I know the brand can deliver, but I left disappointed. The reliance on mandatory ordering screens created a significant bottleneck, with customers struggling to navigate the menu while the line stalled. Service was remarkably slow; it took 25 minutes to receive my order during the lunch rush. The front-end team lacked urgency and proper handling technique, and I was surprised to see staff taking breaks during peak hours. The food suffered as well, the chicken was dry and appeared to have been sitting for a while, and the mashed potatoes were unusually dry. The kitchen staff seemed to be keeping up, but the service flow needs serious management attention.

  Worse travel plaza on 95 when it comes to customer service. I am an over the road truck driver. Last night when I park I went to the Shack Shak asked for a grilled cheese add a patty. The cashier asked the cook in their language and for some reason he said no he coukdn do it... How hard is it to grill patty then start the grilled cheese opened after cheese melted to add the patty? Then this morning at Dunkin ordered snacking bacon crispy said it three times during the order and when I got out to my truck flimsy bacon. I hate having my voice ignored. I come to New Jersey a lot and will never stop here again. It seems that people are getting customer service jobs just to ignore the customers. I have no problem with someone using whatever language they want but when you are referring to me please speak in the language we communicated in. It's very rude. One last thing, most of the tables were dirty last night when I came to eat. Had to clean my own table.
