- DEDavid J. EvansJul 13, 20261.0Worst Dunkin I've ever visited. Staff is inattentive and rude. I've tried this location several times as I shop at ShopRite. Both times was a terrible experience. The first time, I stood in line for five minutes waiting to place an order, while one employee chatted with the other who was making two sandwiches. They never acknowledged me, so I walked away. Second time, I placed my order and handed the cashier a $50 bill. She looked at it and wagged her finger whilst shaking her head at me. Didn't say a word. She refused to accept legal tender. I had to use my debit card. Simply unacceptable. Don't go here. Rude and untrained staff.
- KKKrystiqueMar 2, 20263.0Good evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting this location of Dunkin. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was in the Shop Rite. I have never seen a Dunkin in my area of Philadelphia located in a Shop Rite supermarket. First I shopped in the Shop Rite, then after my movie, "I Can only imagine 2" I went back and stopped at the Dunkin to purchase a large decaf coffee black with butter pecan. I decided to treat myself once again. Jaymini was the employee who assisted me. She was nice and eager to please. Jaymini had just finished assisting other customers before me. Then it was my turn. I was the only person there at that time. I had to wait for my coffee, since I wanted decaf and it had to be brewed. I notice that sometimes I have to wait for decaf since most people drink regular and thats why a lot of times I have to wait since they don't usually have a pot of decaf waiting. Its ok with me, since I get a nice fresh cup of coffee, even if I have to wait for it. I enjoyed my experience here today. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. I read some of the other reviews about this Dunkin location and some were negative. I did not have any problem at all today. Have a good evening.
