  I Ordered the 30 piece crew pack today spoke with the person on the phone and informed them that I would like my chicken wings very well done extra crispy as I’m one of those people who don’t like my chicken to look wet or appear to be wet on the outside or the inside. I specifically asked how long they cook their chicken wings. I was told 12 to 15 minutes for a regular fry and 18 minutes for a well-done fry. I stated to the customer service person that they could leave mine in longer. It comes with fries and your choice of vegetables. I decided to go with just carrot sticks and seasoned fries. The fries are so soggy no crisp crunch or anything of that nature And a bit on the Sweet side for some reason. I called back to the store to inform them that my chicken was not crispy or well done and I was told that they would either partially refund or prepare 15 of my 30 piece order over again. I opted out because who wants to go through the frustration of going back to the establishment to pick up some more wings that may or may not be cooked the way I personally ordered them.(decided to put them in my air fryer) This is the second time for me and More than likely, the last time I will order from Wingstop. They receive the stars that they got from me because the customer service was good and so was the carrot sticks. Also, upon arrival to pick up the food, there was a customer in there with her dog on the table. Very unacceptable.

  Every time I come here it’s a welcoming experience and most definitely flavorful! Courtney always takes care of me and provides excellent costumer service. She needs to be here 24/7

  They hand doordashers wrong orders, and don't remake them after being called by door dash, if you're about to close just give the refund don't have 2 doordash drivers waiting on 3 different people's orders saying doordash didn't put it through, not good enough food to have such a hard time

  I never had an issue at this Wingstop. But till now, I ordered online and I had paid EXTRA for all flats. I received my food and got all drums, okay cool the second time I placed my order I paid extra again for all flats and I even called to make sure it’s all flats I got my food it’s 2 flats and 2 drums. This Wingstop needs to do better if someone orders all flats & they paid for it they should receive all flats This was disappointing i paid extra twice for something I never received twice.

  Was great all around.. The wings (Hickory BBQ) are soooo good with their ranch dip.. Its the perfect combo of flavors. Their ranch hits different..
