  .... this location use to be decent.... lately hot mess doesnt describe whats going on.... Few months ago, I placed an order on a Fri night. Order wasnt ready when my app said it was, ok fine it was a Friday but then to go and wait another hour along with almost a dozen ppl who were also waiting on orders that said were ready. Then after they said my order was done and handing food. Pizza was missing and had to wait even longer... So waited a few months to give benefit of a doubt...my mistake, besides the fact that we got a call they were out of some ingredients, they completely messed up, can't even give them the excuse "maybe they mis heard" everything was placed as an online order. Asked for No sauce, well done pie... well it came with alot of sauce, toppings were dumped on some slices other bare.. as soon as i Recut the pie (they must use a plastic knife to slice).. yup everything slid right off the floppy, soggy hot mess. Didnt even take a picture, because everything had to be trashed... dont bother calling customer service, they basically say that youre inconveniencing them

  Ordered on DoorDash I wanted to see what was the hype about so I ordered papa John’s brownie box It had no seal! I feel like that should be mandatory! Because you don’t know if it was tampered with by the driver if you leave a tip or not, it doesn’t matter! people are sick in the head these day. For safety reasons please start putting stickers sealing the box or tape or something it’s better than nothing. I order pizza for my kids too not just for myself. SAFETY PEOPLE ! Safety! Also the brownie looked good but was very mid won’t be buying again

  It seems to me that the quality and taste of the dough has diminished. The service has definitely declined. Upon arrival at the store there was no one at the register but three employees were visible to me and they all looked at me as I stood there. They were probably doing something but none had the common curiosity to acknowledge my presence. Is it too hard to say "be with you in a minute." Finally one came up to register and never said a word. No greeting just stood there staring sideways. I took upon myself to say hello and tell him I was picking up an order. He never spoke until he wanted me to repeat my name. He gave me my order with no interaction. No thank you, have a nice day, enjoy nothing. There are a ton of pizza shops around you need to better Papa John's!

  Placed an online order for pickup. They ran out of one of the ingredients for our pizza and upon prepping the order, immediately called to let me know and offer a substitute. That never happens at a pizza chain and I’m so thrilled that they’re willing to go out of the way for a customer. Wish I could give 7 stars!

  Ordered cheesy garlic bread, and this is what I got... I go in once I get the notification on the app that my order is ready for pickup in store, they tell me to wait a few minutes and it ends up being like 20. And then I get my food and come home to see this. Drenched in oil, can even see it on the parchment paper and leaking through the box. I don't know why it was even put together like a sandwich. It's supposed to be 6 pieces... Disappointing.
