The food quality was absolutely terrible. We ate for Mother's Day and I will say the customer service was good but they didnt give us utensils and we had to wait 5 min till someone was available to give us some. The blooming onion was way too salty; my partner ordered the lobster and filet mignon and it was disgusting and he got sick!!!...i had a ribeye even though it was okay the mac chesse was not good. Their quality of food has went down trimendously.

My son and I headed back home from a gambling trip and decided to eat at Outback in Deptford, NJ. My son and I ordered the 3 course meal. Bloomin chicken with a salad and creamed corn. The chicken and salad excellent, creamed corn disgusting. Peppers in creamed corn a big no and parmesan cheese. My son ordered Bloomin chicken, salad and waiter did not ask him for a side he requested grill chicken his salad came no chicken. We waited for several minutes no waiter in sight. Our entree was bought out and we had to tell a different person he did not get his chicken by this time I was finished my salad starting on dinner. I ran out of drink could not find our waiter. After another 10- 15 minutes our waiter comes out apologizing and took the corn that was not good and finally I was able to ask for a refill. Also ordered dessert. Manager came out with chicken for my son and another salad but with everything on it. My son does not eat everything on it. After ordering our dessert we watch as our waiter and other staff sit in a booth in back. While we sit and wait for dessert others are finishing there food and leaving. They are chatting it up and about 10 minutes later he jumps up to get dessert for us. We we were told that salad was taken off it wasn't and the service was horrible. Not worth the tip we left and honestly I won't ever go back to this Outback. Busy or not the service here on a Friday night is very poor. I've eaten at several other Outbacks and the service even on busy nights was better. I love Outback but I would definitely advise anyone not to eat here unless you want to wait forever for your food. No wait to be seated but an extreme wait for food and waiter no where to be found. If you want to see there food please check out the photos I placed on my other Ouback meal.

This was probably the worst dinner I have EVER experienced in my life. Cold food after a 35 minute wait. Manger came and said he'd redo the meal, great 1/2 of it was right not sure what happened to the other half as it never made it to our table! Waitress was sweet, manager needs to go, not sure who the chefs are? But can they read? Absolutely terrible! Mother's Day eating an almond joy bar. I will never enter the door if that building again!

Well, my husband and I haven’t been out for dinner in a long time and we have received two gift cards for outback so we decided to go there. We used to go many years ago, but due to the fact that we got grizzly stake two times in a row we decided to stop going there. So we figured we would give it another try. When we got there, there were no more than maybe 50 people in the whole place.(The parking lot was packed because of bonefish Grill next-door) The hostess was very respectful, seated us at a table and we sat there waiting 18 minutes for a waitress. The hostess then sat down two other gentlemen at the booth next to us. I said to the hostess we’ve been waiting here almost 20 minutes and we still have not seen our waitress. She apologized and said I will get her out here right away. We waited another six or seven minutes and the waitress comes out and goes to the table next to us. There is absolutely no reason in hell for anyone to have to wait almost 30 minutes in total to even see a waitress. We went across the street to Longhorn waited about seven minutes to be seated and the waitress came right over. We had our drinks our salad And our dinner on the table in less time than we waited at the outback just to see a waitress.

Honestly had our worst restaurant experience ever tonight. Orders were incorrect and our server was disrespectful towards my girlfriend and her disabled mother. Her mother was explaining she was missing her French onion soup and the server rolled his eyes and walked away while she was speaking. Server then walked by our table 3 times without providing water refills or checking in. We spoke with a manager, who was nice and provided a comp to our meal but then handed us expired gift cards that were dirty with sauce stains. When we mentioned this to the manager, he said that other Outbacks wouldn't take the gift cards but this location in Deptford would. Myself, I didn't have much issues besides lack of water refills. My girlfriend and her mother felt very disrespected as the server and manager only looked at me while they were explaining the issues with their orders/service. We're willing to try other outback locations but we're never returning to this location in Deptford.
