  Came in and stood at the counter (3 other peopl in line) for 10 minutes although the restaurantwas empty. 2 staff members were in the front, 1 was walking around socializing while drinking an energy drink, the other sweeping then disappeared. A few other employees randomly appeared looked at us then walked away. One employee eventually came back and took our order. Gave less then 1/2 servings, asked for the barbacoa, she tried to get a pinch out but there was nothing but juice left in the pan, told her she could do pork if theres not enough, she took less then a fork full size -_- the bowl was barely full, didn't even ask for a refill from the kitchen. There was no ice in the ice machine, no forks, and the place was disgusting and we had to clean off the table to sit down. 0 stars if I could. Its ashame because it use to be a decent place, it just seems to be ran by a bunch of kids socializing and not one manager.

  Some of the most disrespectful and rude employees you will ever see in fast food. Pollo Asado advertised on big signs, ask for it and they look at me like I have 10 heads. Laughing, joking. I mean, seriously? Then I ask for a replacement of the empty hot sauce, without even checking the lady says “we don’t have any more, you’ll have to go to another store for that”. The next employee comes out and says, “here let’s switch!” Gives me a new bottle. All the employees start hyienna laughing. Joke of an establishment

  I’m disappointed on how my food was given to my DoorDash driver the bag was broken and my bowl lids were not shut properly as well as my food order wasn’t correct. i ordered extra chicken and only a regular amount was given. Chipotle has always been my favorite restaurant and to receive this presentation was disappointing I am not able to even call and talk to a manager about it because the phone number doesn’t work that way I hope chipotle is able to make things right for me because I really liked this location🫤

  Not as good as it used to be here. You cannot order quesadillas in store, which I don’t understand why. When I ordered online and then ate them there, they weren’t even good. The chips most times are stale. It just seems as though nothing there tastes as good as it once did. Some of the employees like many places these days are rude and do not care about doing a good job or being customer friendly. They need to step it up.
