I did not review my 2 previous purchase as I was not satisfied with it but extended grace but a third time is a no for me. I went today 5/25/26 around 10a. The wait time was pretty long, there were about 3-4 cars ahead of me. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. Went straight home which is literally a 5 minute drive.The hash browns tasted old and were soggy (I usually absolutely love their hash browns), the bacon, egg, cheese biscuit was hard, near cold, didn’t taste fresh and as you can see it wasn’t the usual fluffy biscuit and egg. I had 1 strip of bacon that was folded in half. Subpar isn’t even appropriate to say the least. Lacking and unacceptable is what it is. $16+ for 3 sandwiches and hash browns is ok but this level of quality is not it. I experienced the same with the new Glassboro location. Which for a new site their food is treacherous. Chic-fil-A, let’s get it together. For a long time your customer service and food were consistently top tier, sad to say…you’re dropping the ball terribly.
