Today, I ordered some take out, and as I was waiting for my order to be ready, the nice young man behind the register came to me to apologize because they ran out of lettuce, and that he could offer me a free beverage. I said no to the beverage since I don’t drink juices or sodas, but I told him not to worry, it was just lettuce :) I love this location; thank you for always being so friendly and attentive.

I asked for tortilla strips for the bowl, gave me crumbs. When I pointed it out, she didn’t even bother to fix it. Also didn’t offer a receipt. Didn’t make a big deal. I just paid and left. But I’ll probably never be back here. Food is super bland nowadays anyway.

In the most recent visits, the floors have been dirty, the newly hired service workers have been rude, food servings have been bare minimum, utensils and napkins have been empty, the marketed “free queso and guac” have been out, and the trash is overflowing out of the trash hole. Qdoba used to be our favorite place to eat, but now we will need to find alternatives.
