- SPStephanie PullenJun 19, 20261.0I went to place an order yesterday through the drive-thru, as I’m finishing up my order the guy replies “you’re welcome” …. “Come to the window”…already to a bad start. I get to the window where there is the one guy with the long hair and glasses restocking, he looks at me but doesn’t come to greet me or anything. No one did. I sat at the window for about 2 minutes so I drive away to go in the store. I asked for a manager and they replied there was no one. I asked them about the comments made as I was placing my order to where the guys just started laughing at me, I asked what’s funny and for names and the guy with the long hair stated he knew no one’s name and a third guy came around the corner laughing as well. There’s more to this but just know this location is a bad one. I deleted that Dunkin app so fast and you will neverrrrr see me in a Dunkin again. Terrible customer service I never experienced this before but it’s ok Dunkin you lost a customer 👍🏾

- SBshannon brownMay 24, 20261.0Came to this location today got two large coffees at the end we asked for a pup cup and the workers literally try to charge us over a dollar for a little cup with whipped cream which literally doesn't make sense it's not like we weren't buying anything we literally bought two coffees that equaled about $11 a piece and they really tried to charge us over a dollar for a little cup with whipped cream that probably cost $0.10 for the store absolutely ridiculous trying to get over on people that's not okay my dog was patiently waiting for a pup cup Starbucks would never do nothing like that they always give for free but that's okay we went to Wawa and they gave us a pup cup for free with no purchase necessary and gave no issue about it that's why I will never come back to this location again very unprofessional it's disgusting even after going inside speaking to someone that probably was not even the manager who said he don't make the prices Etc absolutely disappointing and disgusting it's not like we didn't purchase anything so don't come here very unprofessional NEVER AGAIN
