I’ve been here around 7-8 times due to location and convenience only and every single time I am disappointed and honestly appalled. How can a chain restaurant be run like this? It’s a bunch of kids not giving a shit about their job or the people in front of them. It makes me sad for that generation and I’m only 30. It’s so dirty and unkept, they couldn’t be less professional, and the service is ungodly slow. I’ve worked at a chain restaurant before and there were standards and trainings that these kids just aren’t aware of or don’t care enough to implement. This place seriously needs a wake up call or it needs to be turned into another restaurant.

But when I ask for one I’m told I can only order it on the mobile app… then why put it on your menu in person I ask..? Then when asking for a simple protein bowl of just chicken they act clueless, as if that’s NOT also something listed on the menu… The food is decent, the people are decent workers there, but cmon. It’s like they don’t know the menu as if it’s not right above their head..?? I hope you do better but you’ve lost my business. One star.
