Simple and really hard to mess up. I open my bag and my queso is completely spilled on top of the lid of the bowl. No queso for me. I go to pull the bowl out of the bag and the lid isn’t on it. Half the bowl is at the bottom of the bag. No effort at all was made. And i genuinely cannot understand why EVERY time i order from this store, These geniuses cannot seem to figure out how to attach a lid to a container. Chipotle is too expensive for the employees to be this incompetent and careless. It’s getting to be absurd what a waste of money this place is.

Just as I was about to order my food from the server wearing glasses and a cap on her head. I saw her flick a piece of pepper (that was on the counter next to her hand) back into the food container. I told her that was gross and she replied”That’s your opinion”. I just walked out and will Never return. Her attitude was totally inappropriate and showed that she just did not care. I can imagine what she would do when no one is looking.

I walk up to the counter to ask the address and both male and female worker said they didn’t know the address. The male cashier gave me a card and told me to look. Nobody was friendly nobody greeted. I put a mobile order in. I was surprised food was great. The guy in the drive thru did a great job making a packing my food. I always go to chipotle and spend between 50 to 75 bucks in food. This place is just good to grab your food and go. Please please fix the cashier man and girl next to him. Customer service is everything.
