- DTDj ThedoctaApr 21, 20263.0I’ve been coming to Delran Chick-fil-A location for a long time, so this comes from someone who really enjoys the brand and wants to see it stay consistent. Lately, I’ve been a bit disappointed that the “well done” option was removed. That used to make a big difference. Sometimes now the chicken isn’t as crispy as it should be, and I’ve had a few times where the breading on the nuggets or tenders starts falling off. A slightly longer cook time would really help bring back that quality and texture people expect. Outside of that, the service is still solid and the overall experience isn’t bad. The staff is usually friendly and things run smoothly. I’m giving this location 3 stars. I still come here, but I’d really love to see the crispiness and consistency improve or the well done option return.
