I did not receive that I just got the coffee without any chiller. Honestly disappointing I don’t know why they would give it to a customer knowing its not what the customer ordered.

( she was very nice the teenager that took my order) so the Old lady that I’m assuming was on the kitchen duty comes to the window and rudely tells me that she put it in the bag and that it has to be there…. It’s literally not in the bag? She was so nasty and rude. The other girls were all nice. That old lady needs to learn how to talk to people or just stay in the back.

You’re supposed to get enough for about 10 people, but instead I’m given only 5 cups—and no lids, no cream, no milk. How does that even make sense? What exactly am I supposed to do with half the supplies? This isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s a repeat issue, which makes it even worse. If you’re going to offer group coffee orders, at least provide the basic items that make it usable.
