  I was excited to try this spot after seeing videos all over TikTok, but I left pretty disappointed. I ordered a simple cheeseburger, and honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The burger was extremely GREASY. The bun was literally soaked through with oil and completely soggy. When I asked if they could remake it, I was surprised that I was expected to pay for another burger instead of having the original one replaced. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

  Just ran through for a quick burger! Place is packed with a pumping event. Mega good vibe from everyone. My burger was insanely good! Why the hell would I go to mc donalds instead of here!?! Its cheaper than a combo and absolutely hands down 10000$ better!!

  Positively blown away by the quality and flavor of this food. The very first bite had me hooked, and I audibly gasped at how insanely delicious their standard burger was. Everything was fresh, packed with flavor, and arrived incredibly fast.

  Urban Burger is one of those local spots that keeps me coming back. The food is outstanding—between the burgers, fries, and shakes, you’re getting all the comfort food cravings satisfied. I’ve been here several times over the years with my family, for meetings with other local business owners, and to catch up with friends. The food is always great, but part of what makes Urban Burger unique is the atmosphere. If you’re a ‘90s hip-hop fan, you’ll appreciate the music and memorabilia throughout the restaurant. The vibe alone makes you want to stay, hang out, and enjoy your meal. My go-to orders are the Biggie Smalls burger and the Jalapeño Burger. Pair either one with their fries and a shake, and you’re set. In a world full of chain restaurants serving mid level food, Urban Burger delivers quality, personality, and a true local-business experience. Do yourself a favor—skip the franchise spots and support local. Great food and great vibes.

  I haven’t had the chance to try the location however today I tried the food truck at the Juneteenth festival in Union, although the burger was cool, that wait to order and to receive was not it. We waited an hour an a half just to order and almost another hour just to get the food…..I’m aware festivals can be busy but yall need a better system to handle events like this. I never had to wait 2hrs at any festival for any food that’s outrageous.
