  SHAMEFUL! I was expecting a freshly grilled ground beef burger, what I got was a defrosted mystery meat patty 5-10-26. Definitely not the same burger that's in your photos. Even the table ketchup tasted sour like it's kept out for weeks before refilling. Go to 5 Guys and you know what your money buys you. Read the other negative reviews, many people have had a similar experience. To the Owner (I know you're the counter girl responding): Just because you're in downtown Cranford doesn't mean you can sell BS and get away with it.

  Urban burger has become our family’s weekly go to!!! My kids love the burger and Mac and cheese (well, me too), and as a vegetarian - the impossible burger is hard to do well and but urban burger gets it! Can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can grab urban burger and listen to music at the clock tower. Cranford staple!!

  We were very disappointed. The burgers were completely unseasoned and dry, and took more than 30min to get to our table (party of 2). We saw larger tables that arrived after us receiving their food even prior to ours. They were out of one of their burgers that I tried ordering as well as sweet potatos and ranch sauce….and this was a Saturday at 7:30 PM. We always wanted to try this place out and unfortunately I don’t think we will be coming back.

  I come here all the time after school and oh my goddd the food is so good🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 SPECIFICALLY the Mac and cheese. normally I hate Mac and cheese but thisis the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had I swear. and it’s so cheap too!!! it’s only like five bucks and it’s so filling and so worth it!!! and everyone who works here is so so so nice!! thank you and I WILL be coming back even more 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
