  A rude kid working dismissed us after we were on line….only to call next & continue to take 5 other customers who arrived after us. Our three kids were upset for sure. No confrontation just won’t be coming back.

  A very good ice cream shop. They have an excellent variety of flavors and impeccable customer service.

  I really like the ice cream at this Dairy Queen, and that’s why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service from the older lady has been consistently rude on multiple visits. At first I thought it was just a bad day, but after experiencing it several times and seeing other reviews mentioning the exact same issue, it seems to be an ongoing problem. I’m leaving this review because I hope management addresses it. The products are great, but friendly customer service is just as important.

  Dairy Queen is good but you have to let your patrons know. Is it both sides that you order ice cream on or is it just one side because just stand in there trying to guess and when you ask people a question they look at you like you have five heads on your eyes is not acceptable and all staff should know the same rules as far as asking for receipts when you pay for it with Apple Pay

  Love this dairy queen, its ran like a ship. On the rare occasion im in the area, if I have the craving, in no time flat does it get fulfilled. Chocolate malts are the best!
