We enjoyed our dinner at The Green Olive. We were seated right away and warmly welcomed by the family who runs the restaurant. The tomato lentil soup was a delicious start to the meal. The chicken souvlaki and shrimp souvlaki were both excellent, accompanied by generous portions of salad, rice, potatoes and tzatziki. The moussaka was a bit too heavily seasoned with cinnamon or another fragrant spice for my MIL’s taste.
While everyone was very nice, the service could use more attention. We had to find a missing place setting ourselves and later get up for salt, despite several family members working the dining room. Overall, the food was very good, but more polished and attentive service would make the experience even better.

Our delivery was at the time promised.
The lambchops were perfectly cooked and tasty, the dolmades had a bright lemon flavor, the dips were delicious, next time we order extra pita, the avgolemeno was filled with chicken, orzo and lemon and had no thickening agent...delicious.
Sadly, we did not have the lentil soup, Moussaka or Falafel because we were too full. We're looking forward to eating them tomorrow.
Our only disappointment was that we could not order any dessert online

I visited with a good friend for the first time this weekend, and what a wonderful find! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable.
Our lunch of chicken souvlaki and orange cake were both amazing — almost as good as the food my friend enjoyed on her trip to Greece just two months ago! The restaurant is in a beautiful historic building, which gives it so much character, and the chairs were actually incredibly comfortable — always a bonus!
We were so caught up enjoying lunch and catching up that our phones stayed away, so unfortunately I didn’t take any photos. But sometimes that’s the best sign of a great meal and good company.
We absolutely loved our first visit and will definitely be back soon, this time with the rest of our gang for dinner. Looking forward to it!

The restaurant has a cozy feel. The food is solid Greek! My wife had the lamb souvlaki and I had the chicken souvlaki. Both were well seasoned, tender, and delicious. The pita was tender. The service was nice, though there is room for improvement since they are younger kids. No worries though, the more experience they go through, the more efficient they will be!
I would return again. That dessert case looked absolutely smashing.

Moved here recently and discovered this gem. Went back today to pick up one of their delicious loaves of bread (OMG) and left with bread, a pistachio latte - that has actual crushed pistachio, not just a syrup and their spanakopita triangles. They are so flaky and delicious I can't stop eating them! Adorable place that has table service, a full menu, lounge seating, and a walk up coffee bar inside packed with fresh pastries. Skip the Starbucks run and come here instead!
