After a 10-minute wait, she said it would be another 2 minutes because they just put the fries in and they would be fresh. I said okay, but after waiting 30 minutes, I finally received my sandwich, fries, and sauce. That was all I ordered; it took thirty minutes to get my food, and I was not impressed with the wait time at all. See i was the only customer at the time.

I ordered the Mac and cheese and they said they were out. They didn’t even try to compensate for the missing item. It’s one thing to run out but to not even try to offer another item not to mention then when they handed me the order they gave me someone else’s and not what I had ordered. So when I handed the incorrect order back to them they just threw it in the trash like it was meaningless like someone else’s hadn’t placed that order and they just had mixed it up. I understand not always having the best attitude. I understand running out of items. I understand mixing up orders but all three happening at the same time is not a good look and then throwing away the mixed up item is just a mind fumble. I will never get from this chick fil-a again

The cashiers got into a fight with each other, cursing each other out in front of guests. Also, the food took over 35 minutes to be served, which was subpar. I reached out to the manager 3x via email, never heard back. Skip this location at all costs and just visit the East Stroudsburg location a few miles down the road in PA if you must have CFA.
