We arrived at 8 PM, well before closing time (11 PM), and were simply sitting in the lobby waiting for our coffee—after paying for our order. An older staff member gave us attitude for just sitting there, as if we were doing something wrong. She seemed irritated and made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. We were also being watched constantly, which made the situation feel even worse. Overall, it felt unwelcoming and, honestly, discriminatory. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they’re following the rules and supporting the business. Taking from customers service experience.
