Please please please don’t order at this place I woke up with the worst stomach virus after eating here. Couldn’t sleep all night. I don’t know what they put in their butter chicken but it was awful. The minute I had a couple of spoonful of food my stomach started to make noises and since then my suffering began and on top of all of that they were very expensive and very cheap with the amount of food they gave. I ordered two butter chicken we literally ate one and I had to throw the other one away. Such a waste of food and money and health. Don’t trust the reviews you see here I came to try it out based on the good reviews I saw and rating but I honestly believe they are so fake at this point.

Had an amazing experience at Kashan Indian Restaurant in Clifton! The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole place had such a great vibe. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.
The seating was beautifully set up and created a really nice atmosphere for enjoying a meal. The location is also perfect, especially because there’s a good amount of parking, which makes everything so convenient.
Great food, great atmosphere, excellent service, and a beautiful setup. I definitely recommend Kashan and will absolutely be coming back!

Visited for dinner and wasn't quite sure what to expect, but overall it turned out to be a great experience with some standout dishes.
We ordered a good spread: tandoori chicken, butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, boneless chicken curry, vegetable biryani, and some naan bread. Here is how the food broke down:
Tandoori Chicken: Just okay, nothing particularly special.
Paneer Tikka Masala: Outstanding and full of flavor with just the right level of spices.
Butter Chicken & Chicken Curry: Both were fantastic. The chicken curry had a bit more of a kick to it, which I personally really enjoyed.
Vegetable Biryani: Also a very good choice to accompany the mains.
One important note for ordering: each curry dish is actually served with white rice included, so definitely take that into consideration so you don't over-order!
Portions are quite generous, with each plate being good for about 2 to max 3 people.
The atmosphere and seating are nice, not overly fancy, but definitely a step above basic, and I really liked the setup. The service is great, too; the staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Pricing is a bit on the higher side, working out to almost $35 per person, but the quality of most dishes and the portions make it a solid spot for dinner if you're craving Indian food.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Kasan Restaurant. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. Every bite was enjoyable, and the portions were satisfying.
The restaurant has a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect place for both family dinners and special occasions. The combination of outstanding service, amazing food, and a pleasant ambiance made our visit truly memorable.
I highly recommend Kasan Restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent hospitality. We'll definitely be back and look forward to trying more of their menu!

Overall, a decent restaurant with plenty of potential.
The highlights for me were the Khoya Kaju Masala, Kadai Paneer, and the garlic naan—all were flavorful and enjoyable. The appetizers were just okay. The Manchurian tasted good, but it was more like a crispy fried ball; I would have preferred more texture with a softer interior.
I wasn’t a fan of the Malai Chicken or the Chicken Mango Habanero. While both were tender, they lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting. The spice levels also felt inconsistent across dishes. For example, the medium-spicy momos were much spicier than expected, while the Chinese Bhel labeled at a similar spice level was very mild.
The service was warm, polite, and welcoming, and the ambiance was good. The soft lighting on the tables and gentle background music created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, it’s a good place for Indian food, but with more consistent seasoning and spice levels, it could be even better.
