- MAMohamad AlnatshehMay 9, 20261.0This is my first time I visit this Duncan at route3 Very bad service and she gave me attitude because she was a clean the latte machine and she told me I just was clear it and I tell her give me ice coffee and when she need to do my order she add some water from faucet and I ask her why you add the water she say that’s how the coffee make and I tell her that’s not clean water and she started giving me attitude and I need to cancel my order she say I’m sorry I can’t give you any refund and she trying to call her manager. He don’t answer so I don’t recommend if you are en route 3 to go to this Dunkin find different location because this Dunkin have very bad service.

Ana was so respectful and attentive, although there was a problem with the register and it took a bit to get my gift cards she did not make it feel as if it took long. She even offer me some munchkins for the trouble.
